Return Policy

At REPS&SETS, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, we’re here to help. We gladly accept returns on eligible items within [10–30] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and still have all tags attached. Items that appear worn, used, or damaged may not be accepted.


To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@repsandsets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.


Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, socks, or final sale items. If there’s a quality issue, though, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
